GAME SPEAKS ON DR. DRE’S & FAT JOE’S SHOE COLLECTIONS

Game famously dropped a line about Nike’s Air Max 95s in his 2005 hit single “Now, in the first episode of Season 2 of nicekicks.com’s “Sneak Peek, “the Compton, California rapper showcases part of his massive shoe collection.

Even though Game likes a wide range of shoes, including Foamposite and Jordans, he says that Dr. Dre is more particular.

“If you don’t know nothing about Dr. Dre, what you need to know is that he wear Air Force 1s to this day, every single day,” says Game, who adds that he’s got about 1,000 pair of Air Force 1s. “A fresh white pair, every day. Brand new. A pair of Air Force 1s to Dr. Dre is like socks. When he take ‘em off, they’re a wrap.”

PRISON BREAK: SUSPECT IN BIGGIE SMALLS MURDER ESCAPES FROM PRISON

Clayton Armstrong Hill, a man who confessed to being an accessory after the fact to the murder of hip-hop legend Notorious B.I.G. (though he wasn’t tried for it) has reportedly escaped from a prison in Atlanta, Georgia.

Hill made the confession in his memoir “Diary of an Ex-Terrorist,” and also elaborated on the confession during an interview session with HipHopDX.

According to his confession to DX, Hill allegedly took the gun away from the shooter , and the Nation of Islam was heavily involved in covering up Biggie’s murder.

“(Dawoud Muhammad) stated to me that he was on the run for the murder (of the Notorious B.I.G). He disclosed that he was the shooter of The Notorious B.I.G because he (Dawoud) was a former Blood gang member and was paid to do so.

“I was notified by officials….. that inmate Clayton Armstrong Hill walked off the grounds. A bed count was conducted to verify Hill’s status and at approximately 6:40 p.m. Hill was identified as missing,” said Deputy U.S Marshal Clay M. Cleveland noted in an affidavit as reported by Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Hill apparently made his escape last week.

RIHANNA AND CHRIS BROWN NOT SPEAKING TO EACH OTHER ANYMORE

Rihanna and Chris Brown have called quits on their star-crossed romance, they no longer speak to each other. The on and off couple called time on their relationship once again and although they have split and reconciled in the past. They are not getting back together because Chris is moving forward with his ex Karrueche Tran.

A source close to Chris told Hollywood life that the pair are so over and not even speaking:

"They ain’t talking these days. She’s doing her and he’s doing him. Ain’t no love lost. They always will be down for one each other but he’s on some other stuff right now. He’s not trying to think about her like that no more. It’s time to for him to move and he’s doing that with Karrueche. I’m not saying what the future holds with Rihanna and him but for now, yeah he’s done with her."

Rihanna has been reportedly been partying a lot since ending her relationship with Chris, 24-who is still on probation for beating her up in 2009- because she’s heart broken that he is spending time with his ex Karrueche Tran again.

A source close to the 25-year-old star said: “Pals have told Rihanna not to get upset over Chris and Karrueche . They think the best revenge would be living well and looking good, but so far Rihanna’s answer has been to party the pain away.

Rihanna seems to be moving on with her life, in a sense she feels liberated since she became single.

She feels free for once and just living it up and getting ready to handle her business and get out of here on her tour, the source added.

On may 24, RiRi as she’s fondly called started the European leg of her tour, and its safe to say that it could not have come at a better time!

Go on girl.

KANYE WEST PLANS ON CALLING HIS ALBUM SINGLE “I AM ‘A’ GOD”

Kanye West as controversial as ever is planning on calling his latest album “I AM ‘A’ GOD”. It was rumored back in February on valentines day about the supposed controversial title. It turned out to be true according to The Huffington Post . Malik Yusef has cleared things up a bit in a tweet , saying the track is called “I AM GOD”, referencing Psalm 82, which reads:

I said, “You are Gods,

And all of you are children of the Most High.

But you shall die like men,

And fall like one of the princes.”

A source told Huffington Post that the emphasis was on “A”, as, “We would never be so presumptuous or sacrilegious to call ourselves the Supreme Being.”

Kanye is also planning on working again with the director for his controversial video “Power”, video director Marco Brambilia for another ambitious, hyper-visual video project for the single.

Hitfix has also confirmed that both Malik Yusef and The-Dream have recorded tracks for the LP. The-Dream spoke of his work with Kanye saying that he’s flying to Paris to work with Kanye in a couple of weeks. Yusef gave more insight on the album saying it will not have a heavy amount of singing as on 808’s and Heartbreak.

THE TOP 5 RICHEST ARTISTS IN HIP HOP BY FORBES LIST

Diddy-$580 million: The majority of Bad Boy Records founder’s wealth comes from non-musical ventures, namely his deal with Diageo’s Ciroc. The deal entitles him to eight-figure annual payouts and a nine-figure windfall if the brand is ever sold.

Jay z-$475 million: The Paparazzi is still swimming in cash from mega deals like his $204 million Roca sale in 2007 and his $150 million pact with Live Nation the following year. He continues to hold stakes in Roc Nation, the Brooklyn Nets, Carol’s Daughter and, more significantly, the Barclays Center, while adding new partnerships with the likes of Duracell, Budweiser, and Bacardi’s Cognac. ,p>Dr Dre-$350 million: It’s solely largely to his Beats by Dre headphones. A year after selling 51% to handset makers HTC for $300 million in August 2011, Dre and his partners bought back half of the half they sold in 2012 and their investment continues to soar in value due to Beats’ whopping 65% market share of the premium ($99 and up) headphone market.

Bryan “Birdman” Williams-$150 million: Riding from his Cash Money/Young Money Empire. His roaster includes Nicki Minaj, Drake and Lil Wayne (the latter crossed the $100 million threshold this year but remains outside of the top 5). Baby as fondly called recently launched a GT Vodka and a YMCMB clothing line.

50 Cent-$125 million: The bulk of his fortune came from his music, merchandise, video games and books in the wake of his smash debut Get Rich or Die Trying and particularly from his payout for the sale of his stake in Vitamin water parent Glaceau to Coca Cola in 2007.
